Our Staff
Veterinarians Management Staff
Leslie Carner
Leslie was the first employee to join Clackamas County Veterinary Clinic in 1979. She continues to expand her practice management skills with continuing education and she has received special recognition with an award from the Oregon City Chamber of Commerce for Business Manager of the year in 1997.
Leslie is responsible for personnel staffing, payroll, accounts payable, office policy and procedures, our website and e-mail correspondence
Her hobbies include reading, music and traveling. She has a daughter and a son, and shares her home with 3 cats, and a goldfish.

Technician Staff
Jeri Roberts , CVT Jeri heads up our veterinary technical staff. Jeri has worked here at Clackams County Vet. since 1991. She works in cooperation with our doctors to treat patients, collect laboratory samples, perform laboratory analysis, radiology, and ultrasound. Jeri also assists with patient prep and anesthesia during surgical procedures.
Jeri has had extra training in behavioral assessment and pet nutrition, and continues to expand her experiance with continuing education in her field.
Jeri excells at providing nursing care for all the four-legged patients at Clackamas County Veterinary Clinic, and enjoys the challenges of varied cases we experiance.
Jeri and her husband share their home with a lab mix named "Emmy". She enjoys home remodeling, gardening, traveling, snorkeling, scuba diving, and long walks on the beach. |  View |
Julie Johnston , BS, CVT Julie holds a BS degree in animal science from OSU and became a Certified Veterinary Technician in 2004. Julie helps prepare and monitor surgery patients, collects laboratory samples, works in the radiology department, performs in house laboratory analysis, and provides excellent nursing care for our patients. Julie also assists our doctors in treatments, procedures, and examiniations. Julie came to Clackamas County Vet with previous experience in the Equine field.
Julie enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with friends and family. She makes her home with 1 dog, 5 cats, 1 horse and 10 head of cattle.
Reception Staff
Charlotte Francis Charlotte joined our staff in 1980 and is a PSU graduate. She is our head receptionist and manages appointment scheduling as well as patient intake. Charlotte is always ready to greet our clients with a friendly smile.
Charlotte and her husband Mark have 2 pugs (Piper & Lloyd), 1 schnauzer (Webster), and Mark's service guide-dog (Mannix). Charlotte enjoys projects on her house and yard, and enjoys reading in her spare time. Charlotte's true joy comes from playing with her grand-daughters Emma and Claire.

Jill Bertrand Jill came to Clackamas County Vet with a long history in pet care having owned her own pet store and previously working for other vet clinics. Including her reception duties, Jill is responsible for client correspondence through the new Pet Portal on our website. Jill also heads up our client education and contributes to our marketing.
Jill shares her home with her two teenage daughters, 3 dogs,2 cats and several tropical fish. She has a son serving in the Navy. Some of her hobbies include gardening, music camping and reading. |  View |
Nursing Staff
Kaitlin Moenk
Kaitlin graduated from a course in Veterinary Assisting. She assists doctors with examinations, and works along with the technicians on treatments and diagnostic procedures. Kaitlin performs outstanding nursing duties on hospitalized patients as well as collecting lab samples, radiology, and performing lab tests.
Kaitlin is married to Jeff, and together they share their house with a Chihuahua named "Boomer". Kaitlin enjoys camping, riding quads, and just being outdoors. |

Dana Allen Dana is our veterinary assistant, she helps the doctors with exams, and our technicians with treatment and diagnostic procedures. Dana is exceptional in preparing and sterilizing surgical supplies as well as stocking our surgery and treatment rooms.
Dana and her husband have four boys and they share their home with 8 cats and 2 bunnies.
